Meet the Team
Sadlan began with a simple idea that good service should be something people can rely on. Since founding the company in 2009, Prasad Yapa has turned that idea into a growing business built around discipline, dependability, and doing the job right. With more than 20 years in the industry, he remains closely involved in shaping Sadlan's path and the standards it stands for.
Thanuja De Silva has been with Sadlan since its first day in 2009. As a founding member, she has helped shape much of what happens behind the scenes, from maintaining standards to making sure the small details never get overlooked. Her steady, practical approach has been an important part of Sadlan's character over the years.
Since joining Sadlan in 2019, Kishadi Yapa has brought a different perspective to the team. With a natural strength for analysis and problem-solving, she looks at how the business can work smarter, operate better, and keep moving forward. Her role reflects Sadlan's next generation, building on what has worked while looking for what comes next.
